Reservation Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. What the reservation fee is
Booking a table on this website requires a reservation commitment of ₹30 per guest. For a party of four, that is ₹120.
This is not a service charge or a booking fee that disappears. The full amount is credited against your food bill when you dine with us on the reserved date. A party of four paying ₹120 to reserve has ₹120 taken off their final bill.
2. Redeeming your credit
- The credit applies to the bill for the reservation it was paid against.
- Quote your Reservation ID when you arrive, or show the confirmation page.
- The credit applies to the food and beverage bill, before taxes and any statutory charges.
- It is not exchangeable for cash and has no value except against a bill at Cannella.
3. Changing or cancelling
To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 84908 00110 with your Reservation ID. We will confirm the change in writing.
Where a reservation is cancelled with reasonable notice, we will move your credit to a new date or refund it to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days.
4. Arrival and holding time
Please arrive at your reserved time. We hold tables for a short grace period; beyond that we may need to release the table to waiting guests, though we will always try to seat you.
5. Availability
Times shown on our booking page reflect genuine remaining capacity. We do not display artificial scarcity. If no online slot suits you, message us — we can often help even when the website shows nothing available.
6. Events and screenings
Ticketed events, screenings and private bookings have their own prices and terms, shown on the relevant event page at the time of booking. Those terms take precedence over this page for event bookings.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cannella does not receive or store your card or UPI credentials at any point. A reservation is only confirmed once we have verified the payment on our server; if a payment does not complete, no reservation is created and no amount is retained.
